2. Initial Consultation – We talk through your ideas, preferences, and overall direction. This conversation helps us confirm fit, clarify priorities, and outline next steps.
3. Trip Design & Planning – If we decide to move forward, I design a personalized travel plan tailored to your needs, travel style, and goals.

Planning Fees

A planning fee applies once we move into the trip design phase, following the complimentary consultation. This fee reflects the time, research, expertise, and behind-the-scenes coordination involved in creating a customized itinerary and managing the details of your trip.

Planning fees typically range from $150–$250, depending on the scope and complexity of the trip.
