No research, just organizing data. Tell me where you’re going, your travel dates, the number of travelers, and send me whatever you’ve already booked or planned. I’ll take it from there. $55 per traveler, per week of travel.
- Trip consultation — for travelers who have started planning and want guidance on destination ideas or simply tying it all together. The initial consultation is always free.
- Custom itinerary design — for multi-stop or complex trips that benefit from thoughtful structure. Planning fees apply based on the complexity of the trip.
- Travel research — for unique requests such as large group stays, unusual destinations, or comparing options. Planning fees generally apply for pre-travel research.

Planning Fees
A planning fee applies once we move into the trip design phase, following the complimentary consultation. This fee reflects the time, research, expertise, and behind-the-scenes coordination involved in creating a customized itinerary and managing the details of your trip.
Planning fees typically range from $150–$250, depending on the scope and complexity of the trip.
